Realised Profit on individual trades and monthly results depends on the leverage used by the trader and the currency pairs traded.

Retail Trading Leverage in Australia is 30:1. LIFT Step 4 Traders work toward the 12 month qualification for Pro Trader with their chosen broker.
Once qualified, Leverage options range from 100:1 to 500:1. At higher leverages, contracts cost less to purchase, with the same $ per pip received as on lower leverage.
This is how Pro Traders can earn a full-time income from trading. It is practically unrealistic for most private retail traders to earn a full-time income from trading, unless they make very large pip targets on large contract sizes.
